This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.
This privacy policy was created under Puzzle King’s regulation and policy and COPPA, GDPR.
What is the COPPA:
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) gives parents control over what information websites can collect from their kids. The COPPA Rule puts additional protections in place and streamlines other procedures that companies covered by the rule need to follow.
What is GDPR:

API and SDK.
Our Apps that not contain any APIs or SDKs that are not approved for use in child-directed services. This includes, Google Sign-In (or any other Google API Service that accesses data associated with a Google Account), Google Play Games Services, and any other API Service using OAuth technology for authentication and authorization.
Our Apps not require users to sign-in or access app content through an API or SDK that is not approved for use in child-directed services.
Augmented Reality (AR)
Our app uses Augmented Reality, include a safety warning upon launch of the AR section.
When your children use AR need a parental supervision and please to be aware of physical hazards in the real world (e.g., be aware of your surroundings).
Our app not require the usage of a device that is advised not to be used by children. (e.g., Daydream, Oculus).

We are not collected information about you and your child.

We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s storage only.

POLICY FOR CHILDREN
We understand the importance of our users’ personal information, and more importantly the information pertaining to children under 13 years of age. We do not collect or require users to enter their personal information when using our Products. We do not collect any personal information from children with our Products.
our service is directed to children under 13, including the subject matter of the site or service, visual and audio content, the use of animated characters or other child-oriented activities and incentives, the age of models, the presence of child celebrities or celebrities who appeal to kids, and other reliable evidence about the age of the actual or intended audience. our application doesn’t target children as its primary audience, but is “directed to children under 13” based on those factors, we are choose to apply “coppa” protections only to users under age 13. we are not collect personal information from any users without first collecting age information. for users who say they are under age 13, don’t collect any personal information until you have obtained verifiable parental consent and voluntarily provide its to us.

We do not collect personally identifiable information from anyone. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from Our servers immediately.
